Refunds // If you feel any product you purchase from this website is defective in some way or unsatisfactory compared to the description of the product on this website and you can explain how and why, I’m more than happy to provide a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact me at [email protected] and describe in detail what you felt was promised but not delivered or how the material is defective. No refunds will be given after 14 days after your purchase. Store credit may be granted in certain circumstances where a refund is not appropriate. All refunds require a signed document of non-use stating and promising that you will not be allowed to use the template or any content for which you received a refund going forward.
